Cancellation Policy for ECOLIGNERS Aligners

Our process begins with thorough counseling and education, followed by a professional doctor’s in-person teeth scan or impression. This step is conducted either at your home using advanced equipment or at one of our experience centers under the guidance of our experts. For home visits, our specialists often travel significant distances to bring these services directly to you, ensuring maximum convenience.

We go through a rigorous process to understand your unique dental needs. We create a detailed personalised 3D treatment plan using your inputs and our experts’ assessments. Our team works tirelessly, leveraging state-of-the-art software, to prepare and present this plan for your review, whether remotely or in person.

Within a few minutes of your treatment plan and payment confirmation, we initiate 3D modeling, CAD/CAM designing, and aligner printing, ensuring that your smile kit reaches you within 1–2 weeks, regardless of your location. This swift action underscores our commitment to delivering unparalleled service.

Refund Policy for Unfeasible Cases

If, upon review, our experts determine that aligner-based treatment is not suitable for your case, we will issue a full refund within 15–30 days. This applies only when treatment is deemed clinically unfeasible.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. However, due to the personalized nature of our services requiring cost of planning and immediate commencement of the production process, refunds for cancellations initiated by you will be subject to the following conditions:

If cancellation is requested within 48 hours of the first payment: A cancellation fee of ₹5,000 will apply.

If cancellation is requested between 48 hours and 7 days of the first payment: A cancellation fee of ₹10,000 will apply if production of your aligners has not begun. The entire amount will be non-refundable if production of your aligners has begun before you request a refund.

If cancellation is requested after 7 days of the first payment: The entire amount is non-refundable.

Additional Charges

In addition to the cancellation fee, refunds may be subject to the following deductions:

Third-party transaction charges: Fees levied by payment gateways or banks for processing the refund.

Processing fees: Costs associated with administrative or operational processing.

Loan or EMI rejection fees: Any charges resulting from the cancellation or rejection of third-party loans or EMIs, if applicable.

Mode of Refund & Timeline

Refunds, if applicable, will be credited to the predesignated bank account provided by you.

The refund amount shall be processed within 30 business days from the date of approval of the refund request.
